Before you bid
The platform hosts listings and records bids. It does not collect payment, hold funds, offer escrow or guarantee an item’s condition.
Read the listing
Check the photos, description, known defects, collection area, payment methods and collection deadline. Ask the seller about anything unclear before bidding.
Bid with intention
Bid only if you intend to collect and pay. Your bid must meet the displayed minimum. Check your amount before confirming.
Understand the close
The highest eligible bid wins if the reserve is met. If the reserve is not met, the item remains unsold. The server clock determines the close. Any time-extension rule must appear on the listing before bidding.
Arrange collection
Winners should contact the seller promptly and collect within the listing’s deadline. The listing states the deadline. Share exact meeting details privately after the auction.
Inspect and pay in person
Test the item and check it matches the description before handing over payment. Agree on the listed payment method. Do not send advance deposits to reserve an item.
Meet safely
Prefer a well-lit public meeting place. Bring someone with you when practical. Avoid sharing unnecessary personal information.
When something is wrong
If an item is materially different from its listing, pause the handover and report it. Keep relevant messages and listing details. The platform cannot reverse an in-person payment.
Fair auctions for everyone
Sellers must own or be authorized to sell their items and describe defects accurately. Self-bidding, artificial bids, prohibited items and misleading listings are not allowed.
Missed collections and cancellations
Contact the other party if you cannot complete a handover. Repeated no-shows, non-payment or seller cancellations may lead to account review or restrictions under the final published policy.
Confirm the handover
After inspection and payment, both parties should confirm completion. This records their acknowledgement; it does not independently prove payment occurred.
Seller-submitted auctions are reviewed before publication. The platform does not independently verify email ownership or phone numbers, or inspect items.
